You cannot obtain a certificate if your LLC has missed filings or has an outstanding compliance issue. We check your status first, and if you are not in good standing, we can help resolve the issue (such as filing a missed annual report) before requesting the certificate.
Most states do not print an expiration date on the certificate itself, but many banks and agencies only accept one issued within the last 30 to 90 days, so timing matters. Processing time depends on your state, and we submit your request the same business day your order is complete.
