How Filings Work: Limited liability companies registered in the State of WA have until the end of the calendar month in which the company was registered, of each consecutive 12 months to complete their annual registration filing, after which the status will become pending inactive if no annual registration has been filed, it will then be administratively dissolved if no annual registration is filed in a timely manner.

This service includes us paying the Washington annual registration state fee for your company, therefore we are only charging $75.00 for our time to file for you. Even if you are your own registered agent, we can provide this service for you.
